The British Council Malaysia is proud to announce the selected delivery partners for the Human-Nature Storytelling Fellowship. Following an open call process, one organisation from Malaysia and one from the UK have been selected to collaborate and co-deliver the programme coming in 2025.
Part of the Human-Nature programme, this fellowship is a pilot initiative exploring the intersections of arts, climate, and community. Over five months, the programme will provide two UK and two Malaysian artists with mentorship, cross-cultural networks, and the opportunity to collaboratively tell stories that amplify the voices of communities impacted by climate change.
About the Fellowship
The Human-Nature Storytelling Fellowship aims to support artists and creative practitioners in developing the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to tell meaningful stories about communities’ relationship with nature. These stories will amplify narratives of resilience, adaptation, and traditional knowledge, drawing attention to the lived experiences of communities responding to climate challenges.
Meet the Delivery Partners
The fellowship will be co-hosted by two organisations, with the British Council Malaysia.
