It is important that you read and accept the IELTS terms and conditions when you register for the test.

You also receive the terms and conditions in the Information for Candidates brochure, which is included with the application form.

The terms and conditions contain important information, including details of:

When you sign the declaration in the application form or tick the terms and conditions box if you are applying online, you are confirming that you have read and understood the IELTS terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Enquiry on results

If you are not satisfied with or have a query about your test result, you may request for an enquiry on results.

Requests must be made within six weeks after results are released. Please contact our customer service at info@britishcouncil.org.my for the enquiry on results (EOR) form. The fee for this service is MYR 430, which will be refunded if the results change. If your band scores change because of an EOR, you must return the original TRF before a new one is issued, and your refund is processed. Please wait for an email with instructions if your score changes. You will retain the original TRF if there is no change in band scores.
