Dr Scott Taylor
Reader in Leadership & Organization Studies
Department of Management, Birmingham Business School
University of Birmingham
Scott’s research currently focuses on feminism in organisations. Current projects include the use of quotas to change women’s representation in political parties, and women working in the craft brewing sector. He teaches on a range of modules across the Business School and supervises PhD students. He is currently the Director of Admissions for the Business School alongside his teaching commitments.
Dr Rebecca Mitchell
Programme Director MSc Business Analytics
University of Exeter Business School
Beccy is a Senior Lecturer in the University of Exeter Business School department for Science, Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship. She is Programme Director for the MSc Business Analytics. She has a PhD in Applied Mathematics, and prior to working in academia she undertook roles in the Investment Management sector, and at the UK Met Office where she was Head of Emerging Markets. Her primary research interests are focused on how environmental data can be used to support business decision making.
Dr Tomás Rotta

Tomás Rotta is Lecturer in Economics in the Institute of Management Studies at Goldsmiths and Visiting Lecturer in the MSc Economics program at SOAS University of London. He holds a PhD and an MS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, USA and specialises in Political Economy.
