Dr Halim is no stranger to the British Council. We have been working closely with him through providing experts from our side to assist and consult him for his various research projects and in turn, it has given us a rich network of students, educators and opportunities to see how we can contribute further to Malaysians. There is definitely more room for collaboration and we look forward to more of that.
